Our condo is at the top of Sand Dunes Resort's newest building "The North Tower."  The resort is on the ocean, halfway between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing:  two of the area's most popular entertainment and shopping centers. The sand is only a 4-minute walk from the condo door down the elevator. And the view from the 19th-floor balcony is the best in the area.
